The quality of the work is the best it can be. This is my wife's car and she is very particular. She loves her car and it looks like the day we first saw it in the showroom. The car looked great but it took twice the quoted amount of time. And no one was able to tell me why. Also they waited until the end of the day I was supposed to pick it up and then just texted my sister (not me) that it wouldn't be done until the next day after 3. Follow up and communication needs a little work.
