Rear bumper on passenger side was was not flush with the upper body of the car. I was told it would be fixed, but now I have to take the time to bring it back again and get something fixed that should of been done right in the first place. My time is being wasted due to the shop's substandard work.

My car looks great. It was done pretty much on time. My only complaint is that my front and back windows and side view mirrors were all streaked, as if soap had been left on them. I had to go and wash them immeiately in order to see.

That was an absolutely hassle free fix. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me and to help me. The Secretary even stayed late so that I wouldnt have to take time off work to pick up my car and another employee was able to take care of an issue for me without charge. My car looks great and was even cleaned for me. Heaven forbid I would need to come back, but I definitely will come back if needed in the future. Thank you Combs!!!
