get my car back. Several times that I called I could not get a hold of anyone and once I was left on hold for 16 minutes. Very frustrating experience.

They gave me my car with the bumper almost ready to fall off . Then explained that the reason why was cause the insurance gave them money for that much just to do absolutely nothing to fix my car bumper properly. I would of understood if I was informed about the situation. So I could speak to my insurance about it. Then after that insult on my pick up date any normal dealer would clean your car but instead they gave it back looking like crap. With that being said my overall satisfactory with this place is a 0/10. Thank you

Car repair delayed due to directions given by Gieco Ins versus making the right choice of bumper to use. Had to finally order the part from stock. It's seems to me the consumer this became very costly to Gieco because they thought the repairs would only take three days because that is how long we were given the rental car originally. I believe Don McGill should have done a better job of convincing Gieco of the cost effectiveness of using the correct part at the start and both companies would have saved man hours and costs.
