They called me about an exchange program, so I went down and no one knew what I was talking about.. The ones making calls are not passing information down to the sale's floor, or it's just a big scam. You tell me what it is.

The service staff were not aware of what the issue was with the car. We were told is complete. But when we arrived, it was not fixed. We had to go back and come another day. The quality of Don McGill is coming down and we can feel arrogance.

I thought the experience was great and I know neither GEICO nor Enterprise is related to Don McGill but perhaps if I got something other than the Toyota Corolla I got to rent I'd think of buying a new car.
