I didn't like how I had to keep calling to check on the status of my car and I would get text messages letting me know the status but when I would call, they would tell me that its automated and its not correct, which it ended up being correct. They did do a good job with my car, it was just the communication on their part that was handled poorly. Thank you.

There was a small Quarter-sized ding on my door. I asked for a quote to repair it
I was told 400. But also told that they could just buff it and make it look a lot better. So I opted to do that. It doesn't look better. It looks like a larger dull area around the ding. I am very disappointed.

The door and body work repairs were excellently done and I was very satisfied with the work. Unfortunately the car came back with a problem with the brake pedal which was not there when I took the car into the shop. The brake pedal would not return fully to the normal position after being depressed. The car would be returned to the shop for repairs.
