It was a good experience with very friendly and helpful staff. All repair work completed. My only area of concern was that it took longer than expected to repair which makes it difficult to plan with work, travel and other commitments.

Vehicle was delivered one week later than estimated. When I arrived, the hood was not flush with the right fender and had to be adjusted. There were a number of push clips missing and had to be taken back to have them replaced. And the exterior was not clean. Was the repair ultimately done, yes, but after having the vehicle in the body shop for 3 weeks, would have expected not to have had to send it back for adjustments and clips and that the exterior would have been washed for a superior look. This lack of attention to detail is the reason for not achieving complete satisfaction.

The repair job was well done, the only thing I am kind of surprised is that while my car was cleaned perfectly and all the belongings were kept in the car, even the garbage and cups, etc. (to avoid trashing anything which I use and it was a right thing to do), but all the quarter coins which I placed on the cup holder were gone. It was very shocking for me to discover this. I had those coins saved for the last 3 years...
