The girl at the main counter (I didn't get her name) was great! She was nice and caring. When I came in to pick up my car she explained everything, took my payment, recieved my rental and even went to get my car. With employees like that I'll come back! Give her a raise!!! I didn't get to meet the service agent, but he was very nice and professional on the phone. Thanks McGill Toyota!
