Quality of repair appears to be fine. However, the customer exprience I received from Brian Scwenn at the Body Shop was terrible. Specifically, I had to reach out myself for repair status because my calls and messages were ignored. When I did get updates they were, as it turned out, were misleading. When I personally stopped by the shop and was told that my car was going to be another business day late, I was confronted by Brian in a rude and abrasive manner. Being a Don Mcgill customer for 4 years I have never experienced such treatment.
As a result, I will reconsider all my future business with Don Mcgill Toyota.

The headlight was not replaced correctly. My car runs not smooth as before. Your guys did not check the alignment. The car can not run a straight line without steering control. Also, when I make a turn, it is not like before.
After a collision, it is not just the bumper. It has other stuff you need to check.
I had called Curt Turpin and left message. Also I had dropped him an email.
