There was a lack of communication from the Farmers representative in the Collision Center and from the shuttle service. Out of several phone calls (between 5-10), I was only able to speak to the representative twice. One day he was in the office but at lunch so I asked the receptionist to leave a message to return my phone call, but he never returned it. When my car was ready to be picked up a couple of days later, I scheduled the courtesy shuttle to pick me up; I called around 3:45 PM and the receptionist gave an ETA of 30 minutes. An hour later (4:45 PM) I called to check the status and a man answered, stating the shuttles were backed up but that they still had me on the waiting list to be picked up. The collision center closes at 6 but they assured me I would make it in time. The shuttle driver calls me at 5:35 PM and states he is 25 min away and is on his way to pick me up; again, he assured me he would get me there in time. When I called the collision center directly to ensure they would be open, they had no idea why the shuttle driver had such a delay, stating he even came back to the center during that TWO-HOUR gap to get my address. I told them to cancel the shuttle and if they could stay open 5-10 min after 6, I could be there. Luckily, my brother came home by then and he was able to drive me to the dealership. Even after confirming they would stay open and that they could cancel the shuttle, at 5:55 PM, I got a call from Toyota asking if I still needed a shuttle. Overall, the collision center receptionists (Carolina and one other I can't remember) were very polite and patient. Once I spoke to Robbie, the Farmers rep, in person when I picked up my car, he was very nice and answered all of my questions. But I just wished there was a better line of communication throughout the process, especially when it came to the shuttle service.
