I was surprised to hear from Joe (the estimator) that Abra does not customarily check the braking system after a care accident. I had a front end collision which involved forcing me to slam on my brakes. I was concerned when Joe told me they did not inspect my braking system. I was concerned that there was damage to the braking system and would assume that after the extensive damage to my front end, that inspecting the brake system would be part of the inspection. Upon request Joe did inspect the braking system. The remainder of my experience was great. My recommendation is to include an inspection of the braking system. Thank you
