I told you and Geico about the noise in the front tire area that occoured after the dammage, and it is still making that same noise, so it must be something mechanical. I have informed Geico and will be bringing the car back for a test drive this next week. This is not convienent for me at all! I brought this to everyones attention and nothing was done about it, so no I am not satisfied.

I was treated as tho I was a VIP from day ****. The girls were very pleasant and fun to deal with throughout all the paperwork process. Dean was very attentive during the initial inspection of the car and then followed thru with everything we discussed and agreed upon. During the 10 days they had my car I was kept very well informed via text messaging as well as Dean calling every couple of days giving me a run down and everything that had been done and what the next step would be. I picked up my car today 14 Nov 2014. I am very pleased with the work was done. All the work we discussed in the beginning was done and it was done extremely well. All in all I'm very pleased with my "new" car and highly recommend Dean and his crew to anyone in need of having their car repaired..

The car was not thoroughly inspected the first time it went through repair. When I received the car, bolts were missing, the car was making noises and I inquired about the mechanics and source of the noises. No resolution was given. Weeks later, the car broke down again and became undriveable, brought back to Hubler where it was then thoroughly inspected, which then was found the steering gear had malfunctioned as a result from the collision. Hubler had the car for another two weeks to diagnose and fix this problem. During that two weeks, I was told that Hubler was going to replace the ignition while they had it because there is a recall out for this car for which the ignition is bad. When I received the car the second time, the car was not detailed/prepped because they were "pushed" to get the car back to me by closing on Friday. The bad ignition was never replaced so now I have toschedule downtime and vehicle aaccommodations again to have that fixed. So, I am very dissatisfied with Hubler and will never use them again.
