The hood has scratches, the new fender is all scuffed up. There is a ESP and ABS along w road hazzard light continuosly on. I caled this morning and have not been contacted. Your text messages contradict the voicemails i recwived during the process.

Failed to diagnose and repair a damaged driver side tie rod despite me telling your shop technicians that something was damaged in the impact of the collision. Your techs did not really listen to my concerns and dismissed my input.
ABRA also returned the car with TPMS warning lights on the dashboard. There were no issues with TPMS prior to putting the car in your care. You made no real effort to resolve the warning lights and failed to return the car in the condition it came to you.
Had to take the car to another shop to complete repairs. If you want to make it right, reimburse me for my extra expenses
