Follow up with customers as told. Was told on Wednesday 48 hour turn around on an estimate. Received call Friday morning and was told I would be given a call back later with estimate. Claims before had estimate right then at Abra on East St and National. Train receptionist to be able to go over estimates/provide information and not be so rude when trying to ask questions. Never will do business with Abra again
