The staff did a great job during both the drop off and pick up. During the pick up it was raining outside so they brought the car inside so we could really inspect it. Your team explained the detail of the repair and reviewed all of the paperwork with me to make sure I understood the warranty information. Very happy with the overall experience.

I really appreciated getting a text message every couple of days just keeping me informed as to what was going on with our vehicle and what to expect. And I appreciated the car wash at the end; picking up a clean vehicle is a nice touch. I was surprised to see broken glass in the trunk area left over from the accident but that was the only little thing that I experienced negative the entire time you had our van in the shop.
