When I was driving home from ABRA I heard a strange sound from my car. When I made a stop along the way I looked my car over & found that the bumper was loose. There is a gap between the bumper and the frame of the car. I will be contacting ABRA tomorrow.

The text updates were useless. They were not updates at all. They were just messages that told me that my car was at your facility. I wanted more concrete details about the service. ie...parts have been ordered. ie...damaged parts have been removed.
