Van looks very good upon completion, but explanations for delays in completing repair did not add up. First delay was related to paint and other repairs were done. Next delay related to some hoses and after that compressor. Initial Thursday completion date ended up being the following Tuesday.

Joe, the person that I dealt with was absolutley wonderful and very very helpful.
I have to be honest. The receptionist when I picked up my vehicle was pretty bitchy. Joe "rescued" me from her (so to speak)and got the information needed from my insurance company. If he hadn't done that, it might have gotten loud in the reception area.
I hope I never heed your services again, but if I did, I would come back.

I didn't find the automated text messages very helpful until I got to the ones giving an estimated completion date. The first two were sorta weird and not helpful. My pickup was rushed as we were trying to get the car Friday before closing for the weekend. THere might still be a little sticky stuff on car.
