Overall my expectations were exceeded. The staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure I had a good experience. I am a promoter. It was apparent that the staff Is evaluated based on the results of the survey.

When I initially talked to the representative he had mentioned seeing about the other minor scrapes and what have you, windshield, driver's side door scrape. I don't care about that, what I do care about is the new scrape that appeared on the passengers side. It wasn't there when we did a walk around, and it certainly wasn't there before. Good people, all nice but I'd have preferred them trying to not rush me out. I even returned the rental in better condition than how it was given to me. I'm from the south where we believe in doing right by one another.

I was impressed by the service, professionalism, and work done by ABRA. The only wrinkle in my service is that the rear hatch that was repaired still had a lingering problem: the locking mechanism no longer works. ABRA will fix this at no charge, but it is a small inconvenience to bring it in to get repaired.
