Steve was great with his customer service skills. When I was respectfully presenting some concerns to him about the repairs, he told me to get the F...out and I was full of ****. If he treats sis customers like that, I wonder how he treats his employees. He is amazing.

This is my second experience with Choice Collision. As always Amanda, the receptionist is very gracious and professional on the phone and in person. The same goes for the single time I dealt with David Horta. The problem I did have was that when I got home I discovered that neither door lock worked after the external mirrors were replaced. I immediately called Amanda and she arranged to have the locks fixed within the hour. Thanks so much, Amanda!!
