Car was not properly detailed. Still signs of spills and smell of coffee.

My car has been at Suttle since Nov. 24th after an accident. Mr. **** has been my contact and he has done a wonderful job keeping up to date on the progress. I was contacted 12/10/15 that my car was ready but after inspection of the car I found that there was and oversight of completing the job. I let Mr. **** know at the beginning abt the accident and what was damaged. Unfortunately they only worked on one side of the car but did not look over the other side for any damage thus the job not completed. I am now wondering if they did a thorough inspection of the under carriage to make sure that the under part of my car was not damaged in the accident as I went over a median in the highway to the other side of the road stopping in oncoming traffic. I want to make sure that all areas of my car was and is addressed, due to the accident, so as not to have any problem in the future from areas that were not attended to while they had my car for repairs. Mr. **** was very apologetic for the oversight and immediately took steps to get it corrected. He is a very nice person and good to work with but the additional repair needs to be addressed. Awesome customer service! Everyone was very nice and answered all questions I had clearly and thoroughly. My car was ready to be picked up a few days before the expected date and the repairs came out great. Very reliable service. I would definetly bring my car here again for any future repairs needed.
