I have to return to the dealership this morning. I'm happy with the body work but who ever put the electronics back together has now caused both side impact sensors to show faults that require a technician to correct. Not pleased about this. I hope whom ever looks at my Ford, knows what they are doing. It's a Chevy dealership after all.

Kept ordering the wrong part for my car, kept texting me updates that it was going to be done that day everyday for a week but wasn't. Parked and waited outside the repair shop waited for the dude in grey sweatshirt to let me in (never did) neither did he tell me to move or to find a different parking spot if he couldn't open the door. After no recognition waiting I left and found a parking spot no thanks to dude in the garage. Whet to get keys he stared at me said nothing and pointed to the key in my car door sarcastically.

After seeing the repairs that included replacing the left headlight, there was a stark difference in the appearance of the replaced headlight and the one not replaced. Even though I recently had my truck detailed and the headlights sanded, the difference in appearance was very noticable. I wish Suttle would have given me the option to also replace the other headlight and pay for that separate from the insured coverage since they knew due to the age of my truck it was going to look bad by comparison. Now, I'm going to have to get that headlight replaced and I'm sure it's going to cost me more than if it was done during the repairs. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed.
