I had a great experience dropping my car off I was very impressed. However the customer service (whoever answered main line) was rude, when I got there, there was an issue with my bumper, and then only **** enterprise person was working and it took an hour for me to get out of there. I would not have my car repaired at suttle. The service people did fix the issue and it's held up so far which I'm thankful for but I'll be keeping a close eye on it. I don't understand why it was deemed ready when you could clearly see the bumper wasn't flush with the side (and then blame the heat)

The repair was not properly quality checked and had to be sent back for rework. One part was missing from the plastic mounding around the windshield. There was additional damage caused while at Suttle to a part of the car that wasn't involved in the accident. I had to point out each of these issues, which are being resolved, but should have never made it out of the shop and to the customer in the first place. After doing business with new car sales, used car sales, the service center, and now the body shop, I am very disappointed in the body shop service experience.
