I'm very unhappy with the time it took to repair my car - 17 days. It was only a bumper and quarter panel, I don't think it should have taken that long. I understand they waited a week for the new quarter panel to arrive and then decided to fix the current one instead of installing the new one - so that was a waste of 7 days. I don't have rental car reimbursement and the cost for a rental car during that period was almost 900. The work was good but, based upon the long repair time, I would not recommend Arthur's to anyone in the future.

Excellent service by all. Proactive; the lady at the desk called and reserved a rental car until i realized i didnt need it. Better to have a reservation and not need than not have a car if i do need one. I liked the text progress notifications. I really liked the great cleaning and detailing of my truck. I like the lifetime warranty and most important the paint matches! You have a clean facility with very professional personnel. My USAA survey will be all 10's
