Updates stopped the day before the car was due to be done. I understand a part took weeks to get but update your customer. The car was”done” seven days after the due date and in reality was not done. My trunk liner is missing a plug that keeps it sealed. At this point things could get wet and if I had small stuff it could fall out. I also asked for a part not included in the wreck to be replaced. This item was never even ordered. I truly hope these two pieces are ordered and installed quickly. I also hope I don’t have to call over and over to get it done. Communicate until your done, sent text or call whatever but you should get an update especially After a vehicle is supposed to be done.
