This was a great experience, the entire team was very helpful, kind, patient and informative. They have been gray with communication and were willing to help me with whatever I needed. They actually finished the work a lot sooner than I expected which was a plus. Once I received the vehicle it was as though nothing had ever happened. The vehicle was repaired to perfection not a scratch or dent or any damage at all. I am very happy with the gray customer service and repair. The gentleman that brought my car was able to accommodate me with where I would pick up the vehicle due to medical reasons regarding my daughter which was so helpful. I greatly appreciate all the help and service from each and every person involved and God forbid my car needs another repair I will surely use here service again.
