Doris was so sweet to me and answered any questions I had! She didn't act like I was bugging her at all when I called to check on the status of my repairs. She would give me meaningful details and timelines with each call. The car looked great when we arrived to pick it up,drove well and I was so happy to have it in a timely manner. I had my car back...even with the New Year's Holiday...before I was told it could even be appraised at another body shop! Very satisfied BUT I do hope I don't need their services again!!!!

It took 22 days to get my car back. I called on the 21st day and it was ready at 5 the next day - so I don't believe it was worked on at all until I complained about it. When I finally got my car, the battery was dead. Very disappointed.
