I requested that my vihicle be recertified when the repairs we finished. I was asked to write my request on the original paperwork, so I did. However, it was notnow as not. I was not informed that my request had not been accomplished until I came to pick the car up and was ready to leave. Then I asked about it and was told that they didn't really know how to do that. I told them that It would have been good to let me knw sooner.
