Already talked to them about the problems. They are satisfied with what they did,but can't say the same. I have always had my work done at this shop but can't say I will again. I know I'm just one person so it won't much bother you over all but it makes me sad.

When I picked up the car my headlight was very foggy (the previous one was not)and the grill is very sun damaged. A gentleman took my car and buffed out the foggy lights but was not able to assist with the grill. The lights should have been buffed before I got there. (I would have never known) I understand that insurance companies wants to use used parts and I am okay with that, but the parts that you use should be very comparable to what taken off.

There are a few imperfections in the finish that weren't there before. I will call and bring them to someone's attention as I just got my vehicle back today. Wishing I didn't have to bring it back right away though. They need to think like a critical vehicle owner and would they be satisfied with their vehicle like this. It is acceptable to be critical when you take good care of your vehicle.

Exceptional service. Professional and conscientious-from the front desk to the finished repair. I did expect that my repair would be good but I did not expect to be treated with so much care and concern. This was a (relatively) small repair but I was treated as a very important customer.
