I don't know why **** female person told me that the right rear view mirror that was replaced was wrong because they didn't know what to go by. Well there's another rear view mirror on the other side just like it and there were scratches from where the mirror had hit that strip and made two big Mark's wasn't replaced but they are working on it and should call me when the other mirror and strip comes in

If there are any additional fees after the estimate please let the customer know as soon as possible not the day of pick up when everything is done. I personally do not like being blind sided, I think it’s sketchy and shady business. What if I did not want additional add on or service to the car? You should let the customer decide, not you guys. You guys seem to have a great communication with the customers, like updating customers frequently which makes me to believe that you have a good communication with the repairman. So why is it hard to tell me that you had to raise the price for the paint for it to match the color of my car. Because personally I wouldn’t have cared if it was off by a little. But I wasn’t informed of that until the day of pick up. Like I said shady business right there. Other than that overall customer satisfaction is good.
