After listening to wrong directions given to me where you are located I call your office and Jenny answered very pleasantly gave me directions assured me that I would make it there on time she came out to greet me with a awesome personality. Joyce who was very busy on a Monday morning got me signed in have great information about what to expect for as service being render. Jeff immediately came out walked me through the process and timing for the repairs; which was all done in less than One hour. I get off work late but Joyce waited for me greeted me at the on her personal time because the office was close. The triple "J's" gave outstanding customer service.bi would highly recommend you to everyone I know!

I talk to a lady twice and I feel like both times she was very rude also my car was ready she called be at 512 and said that its ready but I can't come get it cuz they are closed I ask well why would you call me then I would have rather waited she stated in exact work well "like I said we closed I'm just doing a courtesy call cuz I seen your keys on my desk !! " then she said mark already extended your days out for the rental I went up there because I wasted to pay in the insurance and they wanted going to let me leave because that wasn't true and I had my 5 year old with me ... Still with out a are till the week is over thank you the people let me keep the rental but if they extend it the next two say I will have to pay she is carlean I think her name is she is very rude !!!!!
