It took 3 weeks which is unreasonable to me. If PGE outage caused a backlog I believe you should have increased staff to catch up with the work so that clients don’t wait 3 weeks. Also my car radio doesn’t work now, somehow the electonic code got deactivated and it’s locked. I have to figure this out and I guess will go to Honda to get instruction to fix this. I am leaving town for 3 weeks on Monday or else I would come back to your shop and get it fixed. But truthfully I don’t have much confidence that you would know how to fix it. I hope that the electronic system s aren’t all disconnected. Thanks, Sarah D

I am pleased with the repair of my vehicle and the text updates I received. However, the day I picked up my vehicle, it was not until the afternoon that I noticed my car alarm remote was damaged and not working properly. I called the shop immediately to see if anyone knew what may have happened. I was told Cruz would contact me the next day. I have not yet received a phone call.
I would have liked it if someone had explained what repairs were done to my vehicle upon picking it up instead of just handing off the keys to me. Before choosing to go with the other party's insurance, Victor had provided me with an estimate and was very clear on the breakdown . He was very professional and friendly.
