I had issues with completing my payment for a deductible. My debit card was declined and my only option was to withdraw money from the bank. However, the receptionist did not offer to provide a driver to take me there and assumed i still had my rental (which i didn’t) It would have been nice if i was asked if i needed a ride. But overall i was satisfied with the repair of my car.

I’ve had repairs done here before. I would get text messages about the status of the repair on my vehicle. However this time around I never once got a text or call. I called to get an estimate for a door ding, since the car was already there I thought it would be easier. But I never got a call back to see whether or not the repair could be done. I actually called and was told my car was ready otherwise I probably would have not gotten a call.
