When I was driving the car back home I heard a noise that wasn't there before. When I looked under the hood I found that a broken piece was hitting against the belt of the engine. One's I removed the piece of debris the sound disappeared as well. Another problem that I ran into was that my car no longer gives the feedback noise for locking the doors remotely anymore. I appreciate the fix on making the car look back to normal. However, trying to make more problems for the vehicle has seriously made me feel disappointed in the services provided.

I got conflicting information from the text updates and the phone calls throughout the process. I received 2 texts a half hour apart with 2 completely different completion dates (like 10 days apart) then got a phone call with yet a different date. Very confusing. Suggest they all get together before contacting customer.
