It took ten days to complete and when I got my car back there were still dents in the hood and rough paint on a few edges. Also my hood opened fine before I brought it to them and now the cable is broken and I was told it was that way when I brought it there and they also said that there was no hood release inside the car but anyone with a smart phone and google could have looked it up and saw it is on the driver side by the left foot rest. I will never use Geico’s body shop again If something we’re to happen to one of my vehicles.

The repair process was quit and the repair itself was ok other than something was stuck in the paint. However, The day I dropped off the car for repairs I requested an estimate on 2 small door dings so I could pay out of pocket and have repaired at the same time. Instead the UPD estimate was given to me after the repair was complete and the vehicle was already in paint. Additionally, the veh was returned with the inside covered in dust from the sanding of the mud/repair. The seats, dash and console was covered and that's not the way I dropped it off. I worked at an Auto Body Collision & Glass (mill run) and we didn't deliver vehicles w/o cleaning them or at least cleaning out the mess that was made by the technician.
