Initially when brought my car in you seemed to be very disorganized and did not have any ideas that I had called in 30 minutes before I got there. Your follow up was not acceptable. Your convenience seemed to be more important than your clients'. I never received a direct answer to my question. Very disappointing. This my second car I have brought to your shop and surprised with lack attention to my needs or my convenience this time.

They fixed my bumper and all of the rear sensors. I drove my car home and the next day when I turned it on, it gave me errors that the rear sensor was malfunctioning. So I now have an error light and error messaging when I drive my car. I need to return so they can fix it

I loved the paint job on the hood. It's wonderful. The service staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, there are some fluorescent green arrows painted on the side panel that won't come off. Also, near there the paint has been stripped off. It is only a very small section, but I am sure that there was always paint there. Now it is just exposed metal. While I was very satisfied with the new hood, when I opened it up at a gas station a short time later, there was a plastic panel that was loosely hanging on. I was pleased to see that your servicemen had cleaned the engine though. The new plastic pieces that go under the tires do not to be flush, and they bend and buckle at different places. Finally, after I read your brochure that you gave me, I noticed that you pride yourself on cleaning the inside of the car as well to exceed expectations. Unfortunately, I noticed a lot of fine white dust in my car that was not there before I submitted it to you. I have tried to be fair in my comments and I hope that comes across.
