Great job my car looks fantastic. Work took longer than estimated, but understandable. While I would prefer not to need Star's wonderful service they're always my first choice when needed. Many thanks to Jamie Hughes and the staff????.

I got hit by another vehicle in mid-Jan. I called STAR on the recommendation of the local Toyota dealership. I made an appointment to come in pand sign the papers to get the job started. When I went in my paperwork could not be found. So, I agreed to come back the next day. Before leaving, I asked them to make sure they had everything ready this next time or call me to reschedule. We did complete the insurance and other paperwork the 2nd time. It took ~5 weeks to be able to get into STAR shop. Then the job (which was hindered by weather), was estimated at 4 business days to complete. When the 4 days passed I called to see if it was done. This time I was given an estimate of 9 business days. However, it took 10 business days. I was told on the 9th day that it was going to be completed at the very end of the day. But it was NOT. When I called in the morning of the 10th day it was still had not been checked out yet and still not detailed. They said call at 2pm. And I did, but again it was not finished. I told them I had a 4pm appointment across town. So I went physically went into the office at 3pm. I actually got the car at 3:32pm. Good grief!! Never in my 60+ years have I experienced so many delays in repairing a vehicle. Cynthia H
