The professionalism displayed throughout the entire process was amazing. The staff are welcoming and beyond polite and the service was speedy and organized. A place I'd enjoy stopping by just for a cup of coffee.

Deborah Hood is the best! Her professionalism and concern towards me was amazing! My car was hit in the parking lot at Service King after it had been repaired from the initial accident that brought me there in the first place. She contacted me let me know what had happened, she contacted the towing company that caused the second repair to be done, sent pictures and they were out the next day to pay for the repairs. That was on Wednesday the following Monday my car was completed. Deborah made sure to keep me posted through out the services and went a step further to contact the rental place due to confusion about my ability to get a rental. She is absolutely wonderful and should be considered as an irreplaceable employee!!!! Because of her if ever I need repairs again I will choose Service King!! Thank you for hiring her!!!

I loved the professionalism of Service king. Ms. Debbie is awesome. Her entire team went above and beyond. Even offering the type of customer service we don't see any more in restaurants. My vehicle was given A service. It was beyond my expectations. The paint, job to the fittings. I honestly thought that the service was going to be catered to the insurance company, how wrong was I. Service King proved to me that integrity and great service can be provided by Big name companies. In our town, service King is a brand name.
