Friendly personnel and great service

This is the second time we have dealt with the Service King on Lasalle dr. In Waco, both times we were completely blown away by the service we received, we were kept involved in the process from start to finish, not only by the text updates, but Nick personally called us several times to keep us informed, they fought for us and worked with the insurance company to get what was needed to get our repair done right the first, I have to give service kind an A+ all the way around we will never deal with anyone else, they have earned business from now on, I am not easily impressed and being left with a feeling of frustration and being let down is all to often common these days, it seems like everywhere and everything a person has done these days is met with people who are un-enthused, uninformed, and unknowledgeble about there job, and descent customer service is essentially non-exsistant these days, But Debbie and Nick at the Service King on Lasalle Dr. have shown us otherwise and have been the best people we have dealt with anywhere in a long time, they were both knowledgeable, enthused, and very concerned about giving us the best service possible, they have earned our business and we will recommend them to anyone we can find in the future, on top of that the guys in the shop did a fantastic job, I was really worried about the color match on the vehicle, and both times was astounded by the accuracy at which the color was matched, the body work was perfect and assembly was second to none, We were 100% satisfied with everyone and everything done from the office to the guys in the shop, what an awesome crew of people you have, it should be used as a template for other businesses. Thanks again
