Everything went well. Each agent was professional. Loved the service. However the timing in the text messages were not accurate. They were one day off. Overall experience was great!!!! Good job!!!

Window tint was damaged. New bumper had damage on the corner, old urethane from quarter glass removal and install was stuck under window as if it wasnt all removed. Painters tape and barrier material was still taped to the back seat behind quarter glass. It doesnt appear much care went into the total process and is obvious it was rushed so much that the quality was sacrified.
