I turned in my car on September 4th and they did not have it done until the 17th, but since I had work, I could not pick it up until the 18th. I will say they were good about extending my rental and that was it. Whenever I picked up my car on the 18th, they did fixed the damaged portions and re-painted those parts but they messed up the paint above the passenger doors which I believe was overapray but they did not put clear coat on the area so it looked dull. I told them about it so they only applied a polish and not a clear coat and said it shouldn't come off. It rained afterwards and the polish came off so the area is still dull and actually needs a clear coat. They also got the polish on the rubber by my windshield and they didn't take it off so there's this white coating on it, making it look bad. After I got home I did notice additional scratches above my passenger doors that were not there. They also damaged my grill and I told them about it so they're ordering another part for it. But I believed they rushed my car (even though they had a longer time to do it) and then they caused additional damage to it. My car was in perfect condition besides the part that was hit. I will not recommend professional collision because I definitely was not satisfied with my end results.
