My only complaint is that you guys called on Friday at 5:20pm (only 40 minutes before you close for the weekend, for you and the car rental place) to tell me my car was ready. After 5pm I was feeling safe to assume it wouldn't be done until Monday, and I was well on my way to OKC. It was already too late for the auto rental place to give me a ride back to the shop, as they couldn't be back before they closed due to the length of the trip, so I had no choice but to wait until after the weekend. That'd still be no problem for me, except you guys told the insurance company that my car was done Friday, so they stopped paying for the rental, which unexpectedly left me on the hook for a little over $300 to the car rental place.
Other than that, and I would have no complaints. Your staff was friendly and helpful, and the repair looks great! The paint color match is essentially perfect, and the shaping of the body panels is flawless.
