Good evening, my name is Ivette West, and I recently had my 2017 Toyota RAV4 in for repair at the Andrade motor car shop and the experience was wonderful, when I arrived to drop my vehicle off, I immediately had a Gieco express service rep. and Dan from Andrade repair, take care of me! And as promised I was able to get a rental car, and drive off until my vehicle was fixed! So I'd like to say thank you Andrade repair service guys for doing an amazing Job in fixing my car and making it look brand new again! I will definitely recommend Andrade service repair to anyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle!!

My car is not right, had a cracked rain guard in which someone pulled the piece off and now theres a big gap which could of been apoxied but now needs replacing.. theres electrical issues, my drivers car door doesnt lock,when u put it into reverse my locks shake and make a loud grinding sound of sorts..when i put my alarm on it doesnt sound the same nor equips each time and i tried a few times due to my doors will auto locked when pushed. I told the guy about this and he said he will fix the next time i puck my car but my car drove and functioned fine prior to left sided repairs being done. Also when i drove off the lot my car wouldnt accelerate even when flooring the gas pedal..i dont appreciate being rushed off when i kbew thibgs werent right with my car especially after showing him..he also said he would replace my rain guards as tgats a cheap fix...my thing is, why send me off when my car wasnt machanically the same as when i dropped it off.. that was horrible customer service and i cried in the andrade parking lot whilst trying to get ahokd of my geico rep as both sides were suppise to be done and left tail light...very disappointed i trusted you guys with my car as i was going to bring it to toyota..very angry!
