My bumper keeps popping out on one side since the day I picked it up. Repairs were told to me to take 4 or 5 days. You kept my vehicle for 10 days and I wasn't applicable for a rental. I won't ever return or recommend your business and the receptionist was a liar.

No need to contact me. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the time it took to get the parts. I was initially told 2-5 days, but it was more like three weeks. I was told, when I called to check, that it was a Nissan issue. It might have have been nice to receive a call to let me know rather than my having to call, and if Nissan is difficult to get parts from, a word to that effect at the start would also have been helpful. I do understand Van cannot begin the work until those parts are received. The work on the car was satisfactory otherwise.
