The body shop and Toyota Richardson were Great! Eric was very Awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would take my van to them again without hesitation. Eric made an unpleasant situation much easier. Richardson Chrysler’s Service ****! I will drive extra far to avoid dealing with them again. They do not return calls. They have terrible customer service and are just overall lousy to deal with. I have had several encounters with them and it never gets better.
