THE REPAIR WORK SEEMS GREAT TO MY UNTRAINED EYE. INSTEAD OF 23 DAYS IT TOOK 53 DAYS. THE SERVICE MANAGER TURNED HIS BACK ON ME WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS. MY CAR CAME BACK TO ME WITH AN ADDITIONAL 630 MILES ON THE ODOMETER. THE REP. DOUG, SAID THIS HAPPENS WHEN YOU RESET THE COMPUTER. TOYOTA SAYS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. THIS IS THE REASON YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. YOU MISSED OUT ON MY FUTURE BUSINESS.

When they delivered my vehicle to me, I think that when they washed it, some chemical they used stained the door moldings. I went to tell them and they said they would call me and they haven't called me. Those three stained moldings cost about $350.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided to my vehicle. However, another part of my car was damaged in the process because it was sitting in the heat under open sun for 2 weeks. I think it would be nice to keep cars at least under a roof of some sort.
