With that being said,Brian Goans is one of the best I have ever dealt with at any business.Very professional and knowledgeable with clear and concise feedback to me at all times.I would not hesitate to recommend your collision center to anyone. I appreciated getting daily updates during the process, but the text messages were always addressed to my husband on my phone, even though It was I who signed all the forms and took care of the payments.
I also would have preferred being allowed to rent a keyless Lexus since that is the type of car I am used to driving. However, please know that you did a terrific job and I am very pleased to have my car back looking better than it ever has!
