Reliable Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. My only comment is about their texting notifications about the status of my car while it was in the shop. I was originally told it would take five days to fix my car and that was correct. It was completed and I picked it up on June 10. However, not long after I took my car to the shop I received a text that said my car would not be completed until June 15. Somebody goofed! It was no big deal other than some confusion for me. I was in Springfield with a friend yesterday when my representative called me to tell me my car was ready to pick up. Luckily, we had taken my rental car and not his car as we originally planned. Otherwise, we would have had to make another trip to pick my car. But, everything worked out great for me and I am happy to have my car back. Thank you very much!
