I had a wonderful experience at the Collision Center. This was my first experience ever dealing with a repair and Jim was so great to answer my endless questions. He also kept me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle which helped to ease my mind during the almost 2 wks it was in the shop. Jim really went above and beyond and I am so grateful!
