After my windshield was replace i noticed the wiper wasn’t shedding water as well as it used to. didn’t think anything of it and assumed i just needed to replace the blade due to normal wear. found out when i went to replace it that someone broke the wiper connection to the arm and it literally fell off onto my hood as i pulled up the arm of the wiper. very dissatisfied and had no way of knowing this was broken until i had tried to replace it.
