I chose to take my car to Vandergriff thinking you would be the next best thing to Service King. Well your not, I felt as though you guys were not working in my favor. I provided you guys upfront with the estimate from the opposing insurance adjuster and you guys went over that dollar amount WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST!! Also the communication was horrible and the text messages were providing incorrect info. I wonder what would have happened if I did not have the additional 124.00 to pay. I will never take my car to Vandergriff again!

Chuck was absolutely amazing. He kept me updated through the whole process and made it go as seamless as possible. I am pregnant so that means everything to me. I used to take my vehicle to Vandergriff North but I will always come back to South now and that is because of Chuck.

I was frustrated with the communication from Vandergriff. I had trouble getting updates. I was told I would get an update call before New Year's Day and I did not receive one. I sent an email that wasn't answered. There was confusion on whe the car would be ready.
