I specifically requested that additional repairs be done, which I knew and acknowledged wouldn’t be paid by insurance, but despite me telling y’all up front what I wanted, you waited until you had already had my vehicle for several days to tell me y’all weren’t willing to do the repair. This will cause my vehicle to have additional down time, which is an inconvenience I was looking to avoid...It’s the whole reason I mentioned it when I first brought it in.
